Shop policies

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States.
• Shipping is $12 per order. Orders with a subtotal over $100 ship free.
• In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Our own team packs and ships every order.

Pre-orders

• When a size is sold out, you can still order it as a pre-order. It is marked “Pre-order” in your bag before you pay.
• Pre-orders ship when the next batch arrives, within 30 days of your order unless the shop shows a different date when you order.
• If a pre-order will be later than that, we will email you a new ship date before the original date passes, and you can cancel that pre-order for a full refund by replying to that email. This is the only case where an order can be cancelled.
• If we can’t make more of an item, we will cancel that part of your order and refund it in full.
• If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items ship first.

All sales are final

All orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed (except a delayed pre-order, as described above). Please check sizes before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, write to us at the address above within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. Any refund we give goes back to the card you paid with.

Sales tax

Orders shipped to Texas include Texas sales tax, shown before you pay. We do not currently collect sales tax for other states. If your state requires use tax on out-of-state purchases, that is between you and your state.

Privacy

• We collect your name, email, shipping address and (if you give it) phone number only to fill and ship your order and contact you about it.
• Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes straight to Square and is never seen or stored by us.
• We do not sell your information. We share it only with Square (payments) and the shipping carrier (delivery).
• Your bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there if you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.
